Online Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise in original condition with packaging and tags, is eligible for a return or exchange within 10 days of receipt of order. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All returns must be received within 14 days of return request to be eligible.
Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that original shipping charges and duties from international orders are non-refundable.
Please email shop@louismatisse.com for a Return Authorization. Always include your order number and full name to facilitate a quick response from our support team. We will not accept returns received without a Return Authorization.
Louis Matisse does not offer price adjustments on markdowns or promotions
Please allow 1-3 days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been processed.
To make an exchange, please purchase your new item before returning your original item. Once your exchange order is completed, please initiate a return with our support team. Your return and refund will be processed once received.
Louis Matisse reserves the right to deny any exchange or return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
